What? An exercise group for mothers, where babies are not only welcome but will be incorporated into the workout! A strong focus is on promoting flexibility as well as retraining your pelvic floor, abdominals and the core as a whole.

Who? New mothers and their babies.

Where? Orca Gym @ 4396 West Saanich, Victoria, B.C.

When? Friday 12:30-1:30pm *subject to change

Why? For you as the mom, exercising with you baby offers very tangible results. It will help you improve your posture, flexibility, strength and endurance. It will contribute to your physical and mental well-being and can ward off potential postpartum blues.
